Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This policy covers courses.pullai.cl — the Pullai Courses waitlist pages. It is written in plain language on purpose: it describes exactly what the form on this site collects and what we do with it. Nothing more is collected than what is listed here.

Who we are

Pullai SpA, Santiago, Chile. For anything related to your data, write to felipe@pullai.cl. A person answers.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form:

Automatically, when you load a page or submit the form:

We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, payment details, or any special category of data. There is no account and no password.

What we do with it

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not send you unrelated marketing. If you signed up for the founder track, you will not start receiving newsletters about something else.

Advertising and measurement

These pages may load the Meta pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook, Instagram) that a visit or a signup happened, so we can measure our ads and avoid showing them to people who already signed up. Meta acts as an independent controller for that data under its own privacy policy. If you block trackers in your browser, the form still works — measurement is not a condition for signing up.

Who else touches your data

Because our hosting is in Europe and our company is in Chile, your data may be transferred outside your country. We use providers that offer standard contractual safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist stops being relevant — whichever comes first. If a track never opens, we delete that list.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Write to felipe@pullai.cl and we will action it. We do not require you to justify the request, and deletion means deletion — not deactivation.

Every email we send includes a way to opt out.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top. We will not retroactively use data we already hold for a purpose not described here.
